Tikkana (తిక్కన) (1205-1288) was a great poet who lived during the Golden Age of Kakatiya dynasty. He belonged to Nellore which was part of 13th century's Orugallu Kingdom. He was the second among the Trinity of Poets (Kavitrayam) who translated Mahabharatam into Telugu over a period of few centuries.
