Pasupuleti Ramesh Naidu (1933-1987) was a famous Telugu Music director during 1970s and 1980s. He was born in Kondapalli in Krishna District. The music he did for the film Megha Sandesham is considered a master piece which has won him a National award.His other major works are Srivariki Premalekha, Sivaranjani, Ananda Bhairavi and Swayamkrushi, Sitarama Kalyanam. Though he has done less number of movies compared to other music directors of his time, all his compositions were fresh, unique and melody-rich, which won him great accolades from music lovers.
