Samudrala Raghavacharya (Telugu: సముద్రాల రాఘవాచార్య) (1902 - 1968) also known as Samudrala Senior is a writer, producer, director, and playback singer of Telugu films. He was born in Repalle Taluk of Guntur District in 1902. He has provided extraordinary lyrics to some of the greatest movies like Bhookailas, Suvarna Sundari, Devadas etc. He is also the father of another famous lyricist in Telugu Cinema - Samudrala Ramanujacharya or Samudrala Junior.
